Designed by Marion Philpotts of Philpotts Interiors, the open-air lobby bar features 180° views of three Hawaiian Islands and chic, eclectic furnishings with playful nods to the resident lovebirds nuzzling in the rafters.
Executive Chef Jonathan De Paz has crafted a menu that features Japanese-inspired Izakaya style bites paired expertly with a fine selection of Japanese whiskey. While behind the bar, head mixologist Amber Martinez’ creative cocktails carry through the theme with Hawaiian flair like the ‘Iwa Fashion, No Egrets, and The Jungle Bird.
