Kyoto - Norcia: Valentino Palmisano's good and fair cuisine
Event to confront healthy food and bio-architecture where field experts and students will participate. Children of the local community will have the possibility to overlook at the world of food through the direct contat with local producers and chefs live shows while in correspondence a convention of field experts will take place. Essential for the community quality of life, bio-architecture will be a main topic of the second day of the event. The participants will have the chance to taste dishes of the local tradition and meet the producers.
