Located on the southern terraces of the bastide, the restaurant La Cuisine d'Amélie offers a simple but inventive cuisine based on the foremost products of the region. The menu, which is constantly evolving, is based on the seasons and the desires of chef Michel Marini.

Each morning, our chef proposes a gourmet breakfast featuring regional flavors. It is served either on the large terrace overlooking the grounds or in the bistro’s dining room, where you will discover our large selection of fresh seasonal products. We cater to all needs by offering gluten- and lactose-free alternatives.
