This magnificent 16th-century residence, still possessing all the elegance that its Renaissance architects so lavishly bestowed upon it, lies outside the petite village bearing its name, on 20 acres of wooded grounds, home to thirty free-roaming deer. Château Sainte Sabine is the very embodiment of Burgundian art de vivre.

Trained in the kitchens of many a historic Relais & Châteaux, chef Yohann has taken traditional cuisine and infused it with finesse and inventiveness, designing dishes by looking for the subtlest way to bring out the distinctive flavour of each ingredient, be it escargots or frog legs. The quick arrival of a Michelin star only reinforced the confidence and enthusiasm of the team. It was a fete that has nourished their desire for longevity at this restaurant where you can take pleasure in staying at the table.
