Our 3 Michelin star chefs: Relais & Châteaux presents 28 treasures of international gastronomy

More than a year ago, Relais & Châteaux submitted the Relais & Châteaux Vision to UNESCO that stated its commitment to defending cuisine throughout the world in order to make the world a better place through food and hospitality. With its pledge to help uphold the world's culinary traditions and regional specialities, Relais & Châteaux bears testimony to local history: that of the men and women who work every day to reveal their cultural heritage to its advantage.
With 28 three-star Michelin chefs on three continents, it can be said that gastronomy is the signature of Relais & Châteaux and creativity and flavour innovation its trademarks. The gems of the culinary arts are to be found here. From France to California, from Japan to Italy and from Spain to Germany, Michelin star-rated chefs orchestrate symphonies of flavours with virtuosity. Drawing upon the rich resources of the respective regions where their star-rated restaurants are located, they each offer a carefully crafted gourmet palette to the world as a whole.
