This tasting menu could be seen as the most representative and most autobiographical of all Cannavacciuolo’s menus. Antonino repeats his life journey in the dishes he has chosen for this menu, a journey which took him north to Orta San Giulio in Piedmont from his native south, his beloved Naples. In this menu’s dishes, traditional ingredients from his homeland are mixed and matched with Piedmontese ones, creating a real journey through flavors. The menu has its own “From South to North” wine pairing of five glasses suggested once again by our Sommelier.
“Carpe Diem” is the first of two tasting menu contained in Antonino Cannavacciuolo’s menu. It is a five course menu with a choice of main courses after the appetizer and first course. There is then a pre-dessert intermezzo followed by a dessert. The menu is completed by little pastries, chocolates and confectionery arranged in perfect little lines for a truly sweet explosion! The menu can be paired with a “Cogli l’attimo” series of 4/5 tasting glasses of wine suggested by our sommelier.
