Thank you for your patience...
Dragsholm Castle Bistro offers a Nordic Cuisine made from fresh produce from the surrounding sea, fields and woods as well as the Lammefjord and our own herb garden. The Bistro is where we endorse our own interpretation of the old adage, "old love does not rust".
Main Restaurant: lunch and dinner from Sunday to Wednesday (from January 3rd to February 10th), lunch and dinner from Sunday to Tuesday (from February 11th to 17th).
The Food House is a more informal alternative to the castle’s other eateries and a local meeting spot, where guests and visitors can enjoy a glass of wine and a light meal in magnificent surroundings. The eatery is also a farm store that offers a window to local farm produce from the castle itself and the surrounding area.
The café menu offers everything from oysters and beer to soft ice and the castle’s artisanal sausages. Lunches and dinners can be enjoyed in the relaxed countryside atmosphere of the castle eatery, while gazing at the amazing open views to the castle moat and surrounding nature. The wine bar serves a wide selection of sparkling and regular wines by the glass that can be enjoyed with a light snack.
The castle farm shop lets you discover some of the very best produce the area has to offer. Here, you can purchase artisanal delicacies such as broth, herbal salt, pesto, chutney and Nordic kimchi – from our own production and from local producers. Also available is our freshly baked house bread, our own artisanal sausages as well as Danish and international wines, coffees and beer.
On the terrace, the Bastion, our Food Bar is open throughout the summer, serving hot and cold beverages along with the castle’s take on street food.
