Inspired by the remarkable location, but open to creative interpretations and flavors, the Dogwood’s well-crafted cuisine from Executive Chef Sarah Steffan is characterized by an eclectic perspective expressed through diverse dishes and fare. Seasonal menus are served in an intimate environment that is at once elegant and comfortable, with engaging guest experiences like passed small bites, shared plates and an ever-changing sideboard of classic farmstead desserts. Complementing this memorable cuisine, the Dogwood’s beverage program features a curated list of small production wine and beer and an exclusive assortment of inventive cocktails, unique whiskeys and American brandies.
