Octave, Primard's bistro, unfolds along the orchard. On sunny days, the terrace stretches out onto the grass between the apple and cherry trees. The room draws inspiration from Anglo-Norman restaurants, with wainscoting, brick and wide floorboards. Chef Romain Meder's lively cuisine is connected to the Domaine kitchen garden, which evolves throughout the seasons and changing landscapes. Based on plants, the dishes—created in response to the gardens at Primard—pay tribute to the finest local produce.

Weekly closing

Hotel: dinner from Sunday to Tuesday, Monday noon, Tuesday noon (from November 1st to March 31st) (except school holidays). Main Restaurant: noon and evening.

Annual closing

Fine-dining restaurant “Églantine”: closed until the end of March. Restaurant “Octave”: open daily from midday to 2.30 pm, and from 7 pm to 10.30 pm.

Set up in the old kitchen of the Maison sur l'Eure around a period fireplace, the majestic La Cornue stove takes center stage. None of the décor seems to have changed for decades. For lunch and dinner, the intimate atmosphere evokes the family spirit of yesteryear, and invites you to enjoy an exclusive experience. The kitchen welcomes two, four, six, or twelve guests around the large central table. The Chef cooks specially for you, with a tailored menu according to the season and your whims and desires. A rare moment in time.

Nestled within the heart of the rose garden and ideal for a special occasion, the historic Primard greenhouse is yours to discover and enjoy during a special moment reserved for lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner.

Des ronds dans l'eau

Different spaces have been created for living in the moment and rediscovering the joy of slowing down. The main bar can be found on the ground floor of the Maison sur l'Eure. It serves the adjoining rooms as well as the terrace overlooking the Eure river. It offers a wide variety of cocktails and wines as well as different vintages of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. The rose garden greenhouse has been transformed into a winter garden to be enjoyed throughout the day with a fruit juice or tea. Finally, hidden in the meandering Eure behind the pool, you'll find the riverside Veuve Clicquot bar. A wooden deck jutting out onto the water is the perfect spot for unwinding at the end of the day. The golden light reflects off the water and the spectacle of the river draws us into a dream-like moment.
