“The elegance of an 18th-century residence for a rare experience in a unique place.”
Domaine de Primard extends across more than thirty hectares on both sides of the Eure, between Anet and Giverny. Heir to a French art de vivre with roots tracing back to the late 18th century, it boasts a 40-room hotel as well as a gourmet restaurant and bistro —Eglantine and Octave, respectively. Both are brilliant creations of the multi-starred Michelin chef Éric Frechon. A 450 square metre spa offers, for the first time in France, the protocols of Susanne Kaufmann’s natural cosmetics. A reception room is available for weddings and seminars. The estate’s park is exceptional both for its location — water is omnipresent at Domaine de Primard — and for the quality of its conception, designed by artist Jacques Wirtz. For more than 35 years, the garden has flourished, enriched by a remarkable collection of rare trees and hundreds of rosebushes.
