Gourmet restaurant: Wednesday and Thursday, lunch from Tuesday to Thursday and Wednesday evening (from July 13th to August 31st). “La Maison Carrier”: Monday and Tuesday, Monday (from mid-July to mid-August) (except july and august).
Annual closing
Hotel: from November 6th to December 9th. Gourmet restaurant: from April 19th to 29th and from October 16th to December 9th. “La Maison Carrier”: from May 8th to 25th and from November 6th to December 9th.
