Hotel: Monday and Tuesday (from mid-January to the end of March). Gourmet restaurant: Monday and Tuesday (from September to June), Monday, Tuesday noon, Thursday noon (from July to August). “L'Auberge Côté Quillier”: open every day.
Annual closing
From mid-November to mid-December and from the beginning of January to mid-January.
