Its restaurant–La Table de Pavie–offers its interpretation of regional haute cuisine, paired with wines from surrounding vineyards. Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage listed medieval village

The town of Saint-émilion, nestled on its rocky promontory, is a cultural jewel. Its vineyards were the first to be listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. Legend has it that the village was founded by the hermit émilion in the 8th century. A site of religious worship, it also worships the cult of wine thanks to the Jurade, the values of which promote the wines of Saint-émilion all over the world.
