David Pelet is the new Chef at Ohiri gourmet dining. With his profound love for the Islands of Tahiti, David will offer a unique 5-course menu that puts local ingredients and products in the spotlight, buying from local fisherman and farmers, hence promoting sustainable cuisine, and privileging ingredients sourced locally as much as possible.

La Plage is open for lunch, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Enjoy this 'al fresco' restaurant, right on the beach and feet in the sand ! The Chef's specialties include some delicious fresh, colorful salads, tasty grilled fish or meat, sashimis and of course Tahitian's well renowned 'poisson cru', a salad of raw tuna marinated with vegetables, lime juice and freshly squeezed coconut milk.
