The wine cellar is 7 meters below the ground and holds 4500 bottles from our 350 bin wine list. All major regions are present with focus on Bulgarian wines and in particularly the region of Struma Valley.
I am lucky and privilige to work with Chef Vasil Spasov, he is a true source of inspiration. His creativity combines tradition and fusion. Our wine list covers the classic appelations and styles, as well as modeern, new style wines.
