In 1975, Michel Guérard laid down the principles of dietetic cuisine without sacrificing culinary pleasure, his Grande Cuisine Minceur. Light, Naughty, Vegetarian, Virtuous and quite simply Delicious, the same cuisine is still being developed in Eugénie, where guests cannot wait to indulge in an exciting menu, including gourmet dessert for under 600 calories.
