This wonderful lesson in coexistence offers a chance to reconnect with the earth and appreciate a crucial facet of the Troisgros philosophy: that flavor begins long before the cooking process.

In 1992, Pierre Troisgros and Robert Sérol planted Gamay Saint-Romain vines on the granite slopes of the Monts de la Madeleine. More than 30 years later, their Les Blondins cuvée tells the story of a long friendship and shared passion for wine. Discover an elegant, vibrant red wine, with notes of red and black fruit, subtle spicy nuances, and delicate tannins that perfectly express the unique character of the terroir.

At the entrance to Domaine Troisgros, you’ll find a small shop offering a selection of the family’s favorite gourmet products. From sourdough bread to cakes, jams, honey, vinegar and fine wine, you’ll find plenty of tasty things to tuck into your basket–perfect for bringing a touch of the Troisgros spirit home with you.Open Thursday through Sunday, from 9:30am to 12:00pm and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Troisgros is located in the heart of the countryside, at the foot of a vineyard. It is made up of a farmhouse where guests are received, a kitchen workshop where products are transformed, a restaurant, Le Bois sans Feuilles, were sharing is experienced, and a large Italian-style house, Le Bois Dormant, where relaxation may be had. 
All of these spaces have a modern soul and are surrounded by fields, woods, a lake, garden, and orchard. The taste of César, all guided by the simplicity in cooking, was without a doubt inspired by this new setting.

Just a five-minute walk from the estate, Marion Troisgros invites you to explore the world of equestrian activities at Le Pré Cheval. For trekking through the natural landscape around Ouches, accompanied rides for younger children, or arena-based lessons where more experienced riders can refine their technique, there is a perfect horse and pace for everyone, whatever their level. All activities are led by certified instructors and require advance booking–all horses and ponies here are kept with a deep commitment to their well-being.

From April until the end of September, take a dip in the outdoor pool at Domaine Troisgros. Whether you prefer swimming a few laps to unwind, enjoying a refreshing soak in the sunshine, or simply taking your time by the water’s edge, there are many ways to savor the good weather in the open air.

Pull on your boots and explore Domaine Troisgros via its winding trails. The countryside reveals new facets beneath each canopy of trees, around every bend in its paths, or behind the reeds that border its ponds. Around Lyon, stars of French gastronomy

A legendary road in France, the Nationale 7 was the birthplace of Relais &amp; Châteaux. Typically associated with the era of paper Michelin-style maps, the N7 still evokes a sense of nostalgia–of France from another era. Today, it still makes it way from Paris to the Mediterranean by way of small country roads lined with plane trees, accompanied by the sound of cicadas, the scent of lavender and haute cuisine at every stop. Since 1954, this iconic route has been a watchword for properties dedicated to elegance and good living.

The Nationale 7 is the iconic route that gave birth to the first Route du Bonheur (‘Road of Happiness’). Today, you can enjoy the same journey between Paris and the French Riviera at a leisurely pace. Over eleven days, and with stops at six of our properties, you’ll follow country lanes and pass centuries-old plane trees, all to a soundtrack of cicadas.
