After making his debut with the starred chef Louis Bernard Puech in the Cantal, his region of origin and then in several starred restaurants, Loic Lecoin becomes Chef of the Relais & Châteaux Le Moulin de l’Abbaye **** in summer 2012 and won his first star in 2017.
