Kick-start your American adventure with a private wine tasting–our sommelier will select several wines to sample, chosen especially for each group. In an enchanting setting, you will learn about the best grape varieties from local producers and appreciate the contribution of the terroir to the vines and the final taste of the wines.

ōkta farm & kitchen restaurant is inspired by the micro-seasons of the picturesque Willamette Valley. Chef Christine Smith crafts a four-course tasting menu, guided by the day's harvests and the availability of fresh produce from neighboring farms. Meals transform into a sensory journey through this living, breathing, ever-changing landscape.

Wine connoisseurs consider the Willamette Valley to be an exemplary region for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Tributary Hotel aims to be its gateway. Vineyard owners Katie Jackson and Shaun Kajiwara were inspired to create this boutique hotel in a century-old traditional brick building, which they discovered largely in its original condition. Now beautifully restored, its spacious and inviting suites offer the perfect stopover for anyone wishing to discover what's new in this ever-changing landscape.  Every day, Katie and Shaun’s neighboring farm supplies the kitchen of the fine dining restaurant, ōkta farm and kitchen, with fresh produce cultivated with regenerative agricultural methods.
