The Punta Ala golf course has few artificial barriers, and for good reason: the natural barrier that constitutes the Mediterranean scrub is enough to make it an absolutely fascinating and very technical course with quite unique holes. The first, a 310 metre downhill par 4 with a breathtaking view of the castle, Elba Island and Punta Ala Bay. At the end of a long course covering more than 6,000 metres, the last hole, offering one of most beautiful settings in Europe, gives you a spectacular view: at the bottom, the last green is surrounded by water, which gives the impression that the ball is going to end up in the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
