From field to plate, each dish reflects Quebec's cultural and culinary identity in an inspiring gastronomic experience, served in a former maritime warehouse that dates back to 1822.

The Bar Artéfact, Auberge Saint-Antoine's second restaurant, offers another glimpse into Québec's past through historical objects such as the Dauphine Battery, and window displays filled with objects dating from six different eras. Bar Artéfact is sure to please even the most discerning of palates. Set against a casual backdrop, it's the perfect place to catch up with friends over a light meal. Snuggle up in one of the alcoves next to the bar, or tuck into one of the leather easy chairs by the windows. It also boasts one of Québec City's top cocktail menu.

Many relics from the French and English colonial times were discovered when the Auberge was built. Now they can be found among the elegant designer interior of this irresistibly charming museum-hotel.

Taking up a 6,500-square-foot/600-square-meter space in the heart of Auberge Saint-Antoine, the property's wellness center offers guests a variety of different experiences including a relaxation area and two Finnish saunas–one for women, one for men.
