Once a month (5 winter events, 4 summer events), La Bouitte gives carte blanche to one special winegrower, who will present guests with between 7 and 10 vintages that have really made an impact on them. René and Maxime Meilleur create exciting food & wine pairings with a personal touch. You'll discover all kinds of interactions between the different elements over the course of these pairings.
