With a panorama open to the horizons of the Valleys of Ardèche and Mont du Velay, father and sons Chefs Régis, Jacques and Paul Jacques Marcon’s hotel has “Ecolabel” approval. The décor is minimalist and there are plenty of spots from which to admire the surrounding mountains. Enjoy natural swimming in the pure water of the pool. The restaurant is dedicated to seasonal gastronomy. Mountain lovers Régis, Jacques and Paul will offer you tastes of mushrooms, wild vegetables and herbs alongside the Puy green lentils, river fish.

Perched at an altitude of 12,160 feet/1,130 meters and designed to provide you with an unforgettable sensorial experience, the Spa des Sources du Haut Plateau invites you to let go amid this enchanting natural setting. Wood and stone lend an authentic charm to this 4,300-square-foot/400-square-meter space where you can relax and recharge as you enjoy remarkable facilities, including a relaxation pool heated to 91°F/33°C, a sauna aromatized with Saint-Bonnet-Le-Froid herbs, and an ice fountain as well as indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths.
