Just before the harvest, when the vines are splendid and generous, take a seat as a couple or with friends in the midst of a 18-hectare vineyard to live a unique and exclusive dining experience. The chef, Jérôme Schilling, will prepare you an exceptional dinner in five sequences and will come to you in person to talk about his dishes and the Sauternes wine he uses in his cooking.
