2 Michelin stars 202617th-century hospiceview of Blois & the LoireLoire Valley terroirbotanical spa treatments

This imposing 17th-century building, which stands on the left bank of the river in Blois, is home to the Fleur de Loire hotel. This welcoming property, designed in an eco-responsible way, is a true haven of tranquility. Just two hours from Paris, it is the ideal starting point to explore the region and the châteaux of the Loire in particular. At his gourmet restaurant and at the Amour Blanc restaurant, Chef Christophe Hay shares his passion for regional local products, which he serves with fruit and vegetables grown in his large vegetable garden. Guest rooms in the two wings of the building evoke the gentle way of life and verdant environment of the Loire Valley. Its contemporary decor has been inspired by the tones of the slow-moving river and its sandbanks. As well as the pleasures of the table, Fleur de Loire also offers profound relaxation in the serenity of its well-being area, with its indoor pool and signature plant-based aromatic treatments.
