Formerly the living quarters of Baron de Selys de Fanson, the kitchen and dining areas have retained their original décor, adding to the chic atmosphere that is reflected in the service provided by the team. It is a place that blends nostalgia with contemporary cuisine, devised by the Chef de Cuisine and his talented crew, using ingredients that are locally sourced and harvested from the estate gardens. When weather permitting, the outdoor terrace is a lovely setting for lunch, dinner or light bites.
