Expression of the terroir

Dordogne is my source of inspiration. I use the best it has to offer every day: calves suckled by their mothers, truffles, foie gras, and asparagus. My cuisine tells the stories of this region which is so important to me, while remaining consistent with the refinement of the Château de la Treyne.

Nature and "black diamonds"

"Wander around the alleys of our French-style garden, appreciating our vast forest complete with rare species and one hundred-year-old cedars. The pedestrian hiking trails enable you to discover the downy oak trees typical of the Causses du Quercy, as well as truffle oaks, hornbeams, and box trees: a rustic walk in the heart of nature! Take the old postman's route which is carved into the rock and treat yourself to one of the most beautiful views of the Dordogne. And when winter comes, participate in the search for precious black diamond truffles. Finally, the truffle market in Lalbenque from December to March is a must-visit for enthusiastic fans of this regional gem. "
