My motivation in this profession is to offer our guests an excellent service but also to provide them an unforgettable experience through flavors.
For me, the best way to achieve that is to combine of Chilean wines with local dishes, accompanied with special cocktails, created with ingredients and herbs from the region.
I began working in this wonderful world of hospitality and gastronomy when I was very young, and my first job was as a waiter. The area of wines and food also captivated me and I decided to study at the Sommelier school of Chile. There I combined my passion with a professional career.
I joined the Awasi team in 2013.
I greatly enjoy teaching and spreading the word about our Chilean wines.
