Estimated Driving Time from Naha Airport: 70 Minutes by Car via Route 58. Drive approx. 45 minutes north and turn left at Iramina-Kita (north) traffic light and drive approx. 5 minutes west until you hit Route 6. Then turn right and drive approx. 10 minutes towards Cape Zanpa. There you will find "Okashigoten - Yomitan Main Shop" (souvenir shop with a big red hat on its rooftop). The Uza Terrace is adjacent to this shop. You may also set your car navigation to "Okashigoten - Yomitan Main Shop".
