A natural landscape as generous as it is soulful, you need only to look towards the meadows for a glimpse of the majestic thoroughbred horses from the property’s stud farm to feel a sense of awe. At La Table de Rymska, many of the ingredients that enrich the restaurant’s sophisticated traditional cuisine come from the estate’s livestock farm, vegetable garden and orchard. Moreover, the wine cellar is a tribute to the region, whose famed wine estates can be explored by bicycle along lovely tree-lined paths.
