Francesco manages all external catering and is responsible for public relations and the development, coordination and supervision of all Da Vittorio events. He is also creator of Da Vittorio's wine list, which offers a remarkable selection of wines from all over the world, including Faber, a renowned red from the Cerea family's own vineyards.
