Perfectly integrated with its Rocky-Mountain environment, the Home Ranch takes "farm-to-table" dining to new levels.
The majority of food for its dishes comes directly from the property: where fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown, and pigs and hens kept. The use of pesticides and other products is strictly limited by using an integrated pest-management and soil-health system. To enhance the experience, dining is open air, set within the ranch’s farm and gardens—something that helps bring home the meaning of authentic "farm-to-table" dining. And for those guests whose curiosity goes deeper still, the Master Gardener offer guided tours that include the ranch’s vegetable garden, farm, vast greenhouse and hen house.
