Hôtel-Spa La Bouitte – Restaurant René et Maxime Meilleur celebrates its 50th anniversary

Since 1976, the Meilleur family has proudly perpetuated an approach to life deeply rooted in Savoyard tradition, where their passions for gastronomy, hospitality and sharing treasured knowledge are celebrated across generations.

As part of this anniversary year, the property will welcome guests on August 6, 2026 for the sixth edition of the Festival Baroque en Tarentaise, an event that has become an annual highlight for lovers of music and fine dining.

This year, under the theme Baroque Fantasies: Between Fathers and Sons, the evening will celebrate the creative dialogue between two generations of chefs, René and Maxime Meilleur, and two generations of Baroque musicians, violinist Patrick Cohën-Akenine and his son Raphaël, a flautist and oboist.

Inspired by the central idea of the 2026 festival, Between Earth and Sky, the dinner-concert will bring together original culinary creations and exceptional wines with works by Georg Philipp Telemann and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, creating a unique moment where music and gastronomy combine in perfect harmony.
