Some options are completely free of charge, such as e-boxes and e-checks, or collection from our boutique in Paris.

Delivery to an address of your choice is chargeable: prices and delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery, mode of transport and quantity ordered.

Relais & Châteaux does not deliver to the following countries:

* Orders placed after 5 p.m. or outside Boutique working hours will be available to collect on the next day of scheduled opening, two hours after opening.
** From Monday to Saturday only, excluding public holidays, for all orders placed from 10 a.m. and before 3:30 p.m.
