This exquisite ambience is enhanced all the more by Adel Abdessemed’s splendid tondo on the ceiling — a true work of art representing a world of animals looking down from above. As for the cuisine, it recounts the rich history of renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire, who vigorously upholds his allegiance to producers, fishermen and breeders of all origins, whom he honours through a myriad of creative and infinitely delicious seasonal dishes. For a particularly special culinary experience, enjoy a dinner for two at the “Georges Teissier” table d’hôtes, named after the street in Saint-Etienne where the prestigious chef began his career. After walking through the semi-darkness aglow with the eloquent works of Lilian Euzéby, emerge to discover the open kitchen.
