Olivier Nasti presides over the kitchen of his two-Michelin star restaurant, whose setting is both simple and natural. He also runs the Winstub, a convivial and rustic bistro in the purest Alsatian tradition. Patricia Nasti brings to this elegant property her added soul, warmly showing guests to the contemporary rooms and suites of pure and refined lines as well as greeting those who come to the spa.
