In our ranch setting I have the unique opportunity to introduce guests to a refined, contemporary culinary take on classic game. It is a pleasure to surprise guests with entrees such as Roasted Venison Leg, Butternut Squash Risotto, Ossau Iraty Cheese, Crispy Sage & Parsnip Vinaigrette. I consider it our job to inspire and educate guests about the bounty that surrounds us in the Bitterroot Valley.

When our vintner partners from California and Oregon join us for our Signature Vintner Weekends they get to relax and share the fruits of their labor with our guests. Esteemed wine-makers such as the Chappellets and Et Fille join guests at play in the Montana Rockies, enjoying various ranch activities. Triple Creek Ranch guests in turn enjoy informal seminars and impromptu conversation with the vintners in a casual, intimate atmosphere.
