L'Oliveraie Restaurant

Expression of the terroir

L'Oliveraie, nestled in the vineyards of Château Roslane, celebrates the abundance of the surrounding Moroccan terroir. The chef composes seasonal, bistro-style cuisine made with local organic produce. In the delicate light of its dining room or on the tree-lined terrace, each dish is complemented by the estate's own vintages.

Tasting in the heart of the vineyards

Sit at a table outdoors in a garden located in the middle of the vineyard-a truly exceptional setting- to enjoy, for lunch or dinner, a food and wine pairing designed around the local produce and four premium wines: a méthode champenoise sparkling wine (blanc de blancs), a red AOC, a white AOC, and a sweet wine. You'll also have the privilege of visiting the historic cellar. No doubt you'll be left overwhelmed by such exquisite epicurean delights.
