Visiting the Taha'a rum distillery

Endemic to the island of Taha'a, the wild sugarcane is used to make a special and wonderfully fragrant rum. Visiting the Pari Pari distillery will help you gain an understanding of the stages in its production and sample some of the fragrant T Rhum they produce in Taha'a.

Taha'a, Vanilla Island

Nicknamed the "Vanilla Island", Taha'a alone produces over 80% of Tahitian vanilla. Visiting the plantation in "Vanilla Valley" will help you gain an understanding of the various steps in the production process and the traditions that survive to this day.
