Jagdhof Glashütte's jCUISINE restaurant, in the Stubai Valley, is an ideal destination for gourmands. The menu fuses culinary tradition with contemporary innovation, in dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, carefully selected for their quality and sustainable cultivation. The restaurant also offers diners low-carb, vegetarian and vegan options, for a well-balanced culinary experience that's full of flavor.

In the heart of the Austrian Alps, Fondue Gondola offers a unique and unforgettable culinary experience in a former mountain gondola, now transformed into a cozy Tyrolean stube. Permanently docked on the terrace, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, and the Stubai Glacier, whatever the season. Enjoy local specialties in summer and fondues-meat, cheese or chocolate-during colder months.

Facing the impressive Stubai glacier, the Jagdhof offers a spacious welcome with its rooms and vast suites (up to 115 m2), all beautifully decorated. Numerous activities are available, and you can enjoy fine dining in a unique, convivial atmosphere. The Vitalwelt spa of 3,000 m², one of the best in Austria, offers twenty different types of bath, relaxation and sauna. A modern fitness room and a programme of activities are likewise available. The gourmet restaurant and the à-la-carte restaurant “Hubertusstube” feature local and regional products. The wine cellar boasts further culinary delights.

"Skiing throughout the year, from autumn to summer? This miracle is within reach just a few kilometres from the Jagdhof hotel. The Stubai glacier is in fact the largest skiable glacier of Austria, with guaranteed snow from October to June and 34 slopes for every level of difficulty. In winter, do not miss the unforgettable 10-kilometre slope from Wildspitz resort, located at an altitude of 3,120 metres, and finishing downhill at 1,750 metres. If you wish, you can strap on your skis in the morning and come back and rest by the outdoor pool in the afternoon. An opportunity you will have nowhere else..."

Utterly mad – go skiing almost all year long

"Of course, it takes a bit of effort to wake up so early on holiday, but the experience of seeing the sun rise over the mountains, from 2,200 metres, more than makes up for the short sleep! Our excursion begins at the hotel, before dawn. From there, we taxi to Sennjoch, where we arrive just as the sky turns a beautiful golden blue and the peaks gleam with daybreak. An unforgettable sight! Followed by a traditional breakfast in the mountains before a stroll in the valley."
