Landhaus Stricker is the ideal place for a wonderful holiday on Sylt, an island with exceptional natural surroundings and particularly pure air. You will feel in top form there whatever the weather, whether browsing through the library, swimming in the heated pool or lounging on the beach, well protected by a strandkorb, the wickered beach chair used on the North Sea coasts. The 500 m² spa provides fitness, relaxation and treatments. And as a finishing touch, there are culinary delights created by chef Holger Bodendorf. You will appreciate his culinary creations with a Mediterranean flair: Tuna & Cucumber: marinated tuna, fried tuna, tuna tartar, cucumber drop, cucumber mousse, bergamot foam.

BODENDORF'S Restaurant

Chef Holger Bodendorf & Denis Brühl

1 Michelin Star 2025

Creative cooking

Whether you choose a menu consisting of five or seven courses, or you compose your own menu, the dining experience is guaranteed to be phenomenal throughout its three phases: Settle in, taste, enjoy. The traditional recipes will tickle your taste buds just as much as the creative flavours of modern recipes. The dishes all come accompanied by wines selected from the hotel's exceptional wine cellar.

Picnic at the beach

The island of Sylt offers at least 38 km of white sandy beach and everybody will find his ideal spot here. For me it is the most relaxing experience to take a walk at the so called 'Ellenbogen' which is the most northern and natural part of the island. Even during high season you may find lonely places at the beach or the dunes to recharge batteries. At the 'Ellenbogen' you can either enjoy the view on the rough North Sea at the west coast or tune in the silence of the east coast at the 'Wattenmeer'. To round up the experience a picnic completes the trip to the beach.
