The property’s close connections to this landscape are at the center of the guest experience. Wine is produced biodynamically from indigenous Wide Melnik grapes cultivated on site. The property’s two restaurants offer an authentic, natural menu made with estate-grown ingredients–including livestock, vegetable crops, even truffles. The same commitment to quality is found in the spa, where beauty treatments are formulated with grapes and honey from its hives. Aya Estate also includes an equestrian center, a large thermal mineral pool, and a dedicated cultural space, which hosts exhibitions and events, themed around art and wine.
