The wooden guest suites of Quercus, located in countryside south of Atlanta, emulate the style of early pioneer cabins. Nestled within unspoiled nature, they offer all-inclusive stays reserved for adults only. Their outwardly rustic appearance contrasts with light-filled, contemporary interiors, furnished with impeccable taste. Terraces, featuring swing chairs, offer a chance for reflection overlooking the ancient oak forest–ideal following a wood-fired sauna, a cold plunge or an in-room massage. The 4,000 acres of Quercus, located south of Atlanta, are crossed by a tranquil river, ideal for kayaking or fly fishing. Guests can explore the grounds on horseback or on foot, and visit the farm that produces the finest biodynamically grown ingredients. Ingredients are selected according to the seasons, to be served at Uberto restaurant, where Chef Ryan Smith offers guests dishes that bring alive the concept of the estate: to live in harmony with nature.
