Le Saint James is a family affair as I took over from my father in 2005. We have always been strongly attached to this property, which is full of memories and plans.

We aim to ensure that their stay provides a multifaceted experience that combines gastronomy, relaxation, calm, culinary discovery and delightful wines.
Location is of central importance, as we convey this with our hotel designed by Jean Nouvel and the breathtaking view over Bordeaux and the surrounding area.
Our vision of sharing and working closely with our producers, seen through our Producers’ Market, organized four times a year, once every season (eight editions)

The chef’s table: A specially served dinner, created by the chef himself and/or his chefs de partie to enthrall guests who have reserved this room with a surprise menu. The chef asks for the guests’ opinions on taster dishes, invites them to try new products and more. (press release available for consultation)
