STORY OF A CHEF

How did you become a Chef?

When I was a child, I was sitting next to the stove and was looking into the differents pots – my mum is cooking always excellent for our family. I loved the smelling from the dishes and the sound of cooking.

How would you define your cuisine?

My cuisine is creative, fresh and easy to understand. I am working with maximum 4 products per plate in different ways.

What are your favourite products and criteria for choosing?

My heart affair in topical of food is our waste. So I love the principle to use & cook meat from nose to tail.

What is your signature?

My trademark is to prepare one product in many differents ways.

Do you have a Chef’s tip for Sunday cooking?

No matter what I do – I do it with passion.
