The menu offered to the restaurant's guests shows a wealth of surprisingly rare crus, vintages, and origins, with fine Bordeaux wines featured alongside an exquisite selection of aged Madeira, Dezaley Chasselas, and many other exceptional wines.
In order to share his patiently collected treasures, the chef opens his cellar to wine lovers through the intermediary of his wine business, "Vineas Vini" and during limited tastings.
