When I cook, my first thought is to “enjoy bringing enjoyment to others”. Cooking has always been my greatest passion, even before it became my profession. Beyond a simple culinary experience, my teams and I are committed to making every moment spent in our restaurant a moment of relaxation and sharing, based around our local Provençal gastronomy, which is unique thanks to the wealth of ingredients it offers.
