At the Saint James Paris restaurant, nature is the guest of honor. Chef Adrien Brunet cultivates his passion here and proposes culinary compositions where flowers and aromatic herbs fresh from the garden combined with the elegance of the best products of the season. A creative cuisine to be savored in a room flooded with light while enjoying the magnificent view of the garden. The most inquisitive individuals will take a quick glance at the ceiling; the plant-covered decor is another delightful pleasure. On fine days, the restaurant stretches out under the arbors erected in the backdrop of the greenery of the private garden of the only château-hotel in Paris.

The prestigious Saint-James Paris in the 16th arrondissement is driving awareness of biodiversity through beekeeping.
In 2013, the hotel opened its grounds to beekeeping as a means of providing an organic habitat for their local bees. On the one hand harvesting the honey makes for delicious desserts, and on the other hand the property’s surprising coexistence of guests and bees has acted as a conversation starter to promote the importance of protecting Earth’s pollinators.
