"Cooking for the senses - My dishes are always designed to enhance taste." They are my way of expressing my art, an art of fleeting existence. Its transience makes it both a climax and a torment. The satisfaction of my guests is my reward; pleasure is always the saving grace. Daily bread feeds the body. My food feeds the soul. Light and refined, the dishes celebrate the intoxication of the senses, using local produce cooked with Italian and Asian influences.
