In our ranch setting I have the unique opportunity to introduce guests to a refined, contemporary culinary take on classic game. It is a pleasure to surprise guests with entrees such as Roasted Venison Leg, Butternut Squash Risotto, Ossau Iraty Cheese, Crispy Sage & Parsnip Vinaigrette. I consider it our job to inspire and educate guests about the bounty that surrounds us in the Bitterroot Valley.

The owners of Triple Creek Ranch embrace their role as stewards of this magnificent land. They have planted over 100,000 trees in support of forest regrowth, and practice active wildfire mitigation.
